Membership of The German Shorthaired Pointer Club
There are five different membership categories which benefit both owners and non owners of German Shorthaired Pointers. These are:
Joint full memebership
£13.00
(Husband/Wife/Partner)
Two adults at the same address who own or have owned a German Shorthaired Pointer (will be entitled to two votes and will receive all benefits and one copy of all Newsletters and other relevant literature)
single full membership
£11.00
Must own or have owned a German Shorthaired Pointer (will be entitled to one vote and will receive all benefits and one copy of all Newsletters and other relevant literature)
joint associate membership
£12.00
(Husband/Wife/Partner)
Two adults at the same address who are non German Shorthaired Pointer owners (will be entitled to participate in German Shorthaired Pointer Club activities and will receive one copy of all Newsletters and other relevant literature but ineligible for voting and Committees apart from Branch/Group Committees)
single associate membership
£10.00
Non German Shorthaired Pointer owners only (will be entitled to participate in German Shorthaired Pointer Club activities and will receive one copy of all Newsletters and other relevant literature but ineligible for voting and Committees apart from Branch/Group Committees)
junior membership
£5.00
(Under 18 years of age and will be able to participate in German Shorthaired Pointer Club activities but ineligible for voting) – In association with a single or joint membership
Subscriptions are due on the 1st of March each year and are as follows, there is a £1 surcharge for payments by PayPal / Online
Reduced subscription. Members joining the Club on or after 1st November shall pay half of the annual subscription due, PLUS full subscription for the following year i.e. Single Membership £16.50, Joint Membership £19.50, Single Associate Membership £15.00, Joint Associate Membership £18.00 and Junior Membership £7.50.

Join the Club
Links can be found below for our postal and online membership forms. These forms shall be processed upon receipt of the appropriate dues. Methods of payment include Cheque (postal forms only), Credit Card/PayPal (to cover costs a small admin fee will apply to this method), or by bank transfer (details below).
Upon receipt of your application and remittance, in accordance with the Rules, your name will go forward for election at the next meeting of the Management Committee
Bank Transfers
Membership renewal can be made by Bank Transfer using the same details as above – including the reference. If you renew your membership this way, it is imperative you email GSPClub.UK@gmail.com to let us know, otherwise your renewal may not be processed in a timely manner.

Data Protection
The German Shorthaired Pointer Club will process your data only for your benefits of membership and where applicable entries to events or inclusion on our judging lists.
From April 2025 the Club will be implementing a new dedicated online membership solution where members details will be securely held for use solely by authorised Club officials.
The new solution is called Member Mojo (https://membermojo.co.uk) and has many benefits to both the Club and our members. These include:
- Reduced administrative burden – renewal reminders and application processing can now be automated to a large extent.
- Self management for members – all members will be able to login to their own profile on the system and update their details and preferences. Available 24/7.
- Secure and compliant – the solution is fully GDPR compliant and will act as a single source of data allowing the Club to remove details instantly upon request or inline with our data retention policy.
- Simple joining and renewal – members or prospective members can simply complete a short online form to join the club with payment taken securely. Those renewing can process payment within seconds with no forms to complete.
Members (except those paying by standing order) shall receive renewal reminders automatically approximately 30 days prior to the renewal date. This email will contain a link to automatically renew your membership.
